Backless women's ballet flats: they have an elastic band instead of the back of the shoe, so they fit the foot without squeezing and do not slip off as you walk — the classic problem with a ballerina.

Why they do not escape your foot

A conventional ballet flat is held only by the pressure of its back, and as soon as that gives it lags behind at every step. Here the elastic crosses the heel and holds it, so you can walk fast or take stairs without keeping an eye on your shoe. It is the same idea behind the mule, solved with elastic.

Flat and low-heeled

The flats, with a 1 cm sole, are the everyday pair. The low heels, 2.5 to 3.5 cm, add a little height for dressing up without changing the comfort. When the occasion asks for more, there are court shoes with the same closure from 1 cm.

Colours and materials

Black, camel, cream, tan, red and seasonal prints, in stretch fabric, suede effect and leather. Sizes 35 to 42.

Made in Spain

They are designed and made in Spain, on lasts built for wearing many hours. Part of the collection uses fabric recycled from bottles.

Do they rub at the heel?

No, because there is no rigid rim to rub: what rests there is a flat elastic band. That is the difference from an unbroken-in leather ballerina.

Which size should I order?

Your usual one. The elastic absorbs half a size and the shoe does not stretch out with wear.
