Worry-free returns and exchanges at MISS ELASTIC!

At MISS ELASTIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. That's why we offer an easy and hassle-free process for exchanges and returns. Here's how it works:

Generous Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your products to decide if you want to return them. We want you to feel confident with your purchase! And, above all, to have all the time you need to decide.

Basic Conditions

For any exchange, return or refund, make sure the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging once sent back to Miss Elastic. Acceptance of the return will be subject to compliance with these conditions.

The collection and transport costs are borne by the user. These costs apply per returned product and vary depending on the country of origin:

* Customs Notice: For returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Andorra, Switzerland, etc.), any customs charges or local taxes are not included and will be deducted from the final refund if applicable.

How to process your return?

You can exercise your right of return through the customer area available in our online store.

Log in to your personal account, select the order and the items you wish to return, and follow the procedure provided to request the return.

Once the request is registered, you will receive instructions on the next steps, including shipping the product.

The return cost (according to the table above, per product) will be automatically deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Exchange

If you need to exchange a product for another size of the same model, we will be happy to do so as long as stock is available.

You can request a size or product exchange directly from your customer area.

We will handle the international return (applying the corresponding cost per product) and help you place the new order, sending you a link to pay the handling fee.
