You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your products to decide if you want to return them. We want you to feel confident with your purchase! And, above all, to have all the time you need to decide.

The cost of collection and transportation is borne by the user and varies by country:

To do this, you must access your personal account, select the order you wish to return, and follow the procedure enabled to request the return.

Once the request is registered, you will receive instructions on the next steps, including product shipping, if necessary.

The acceptance of the return will be subject to compliance with the conditions established in this policy.

For any exchange, return, or refund, please ensure that the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging once returned to Miss Elastic.

Exchange

If you need to exchange a product for a different size of the same model, we will be happy to do so, subject to availability.

You can request a size or product exchange from your customer area. We will manage the return and help you process the new order.
