Generous timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the time you receive your products to decide whether you want to return them – we want you to feel confident with your purchase! And above all, we want you to have all the time you need to decide.
Basic conditions
To make an exchange or return, there are some conditions that you must meet:
- The cost of collection and transport are at our expense, totally FREE. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

- Make sure the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Return
If you decide to return a product in good condition, we will refund you the amount of your purchase as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, following the same payment method you used.
Exchange
If you need to exchange a product for another size of the same model, we will be happy to do so as long as there is stock available. The process for requesting an exchange is easy:
