General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
This document contains the rules governing the purchase of our products and the agreement we enter into with you. The parties who are bound by these terms and conditions are: PROFACTORY CORPORATE SL, with tax identification number ES-B 88624580, domiciled at Calle Juan Bravo, Núm. 3, 28006, Madrid, Spain, and the user who registers on the corresponding form, hereinafter referred to as the USER.
Please read carefully the following rules that regulate the services we offer at MISS ELASTIC. These conditions must be previously accepted in order to purchase MISS ELASTIC products.
The website www.misselastic.com has been created by MISS ELASTIC for information purposes and for personal use. By accessing this website, you accept the following terms and conditions. Accessing and browsing this website implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, conditions and terms of use contained therein.
Registration
Access to our services and the purchase of our products is open to natural persons of legal age, with sufficient capacity to contract, who have registered correctly by completing the registration form in the corresponding section. The data included in the form must be complete and truthful. MISS ELASTIC reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the registration of those who fail to comply with this requirement. The safeguarding of the username and password is the sole responsibility of the USER.
Availability of the service
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure detailed on the website. After this, within 24 hours, and always before the time of delivery, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
Product availability
All product orders are subject to availability. If there are no items in stock, we undertake to inform you immediately and to provide you with information about similar products of the same or higher quality that you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will immediately (within 14 days of your notification) reimburse you any amount you may have paid. In the event of unjustified delay in refunding the amounts, you will be entitled to a refund of double the amount paid.
Shop at MISS ELASTIC
Duly registered users can make purchases via the Internet on the MISS ELASTIC website, www.misselastic.com, by the means and in the manner established 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The prices displayed are final prices in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated and applied by legal requirement, especially with regard to VAT. Shipping will be free on purchases equal to or greater than 59€. The registration and acceptance of these conditions implies conformity with the product, its characteristics and price. Likewise, any order requires the acceptance of quantities, prices, descriptions, shipping method and payment method of the products available for sale requested by the USER.
Payments
The means of payment accepted by MISS ELASTIC shall be credit or debit card and PayPal. The use of third party data or payment instruments is not permitted.
Transaction Security
MISS ELASTIC uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted through the website and on the website www.misselastic.com. As such, the website uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Shipping
MISS ELASTIC delivers in mainland Spain and the Balearic and Canary Islands. Shipments will be free on purchases equal to or greater than 59€. The preparation of the package in our warehouses will be made on the same day that we receive confirmation of payment in our system, provided that this confirmation occurs before 12:00 p.m. peninsular time Monday to Friday. If this is not the case, the goods will be prepared on the working day following the payment confirmation. All deliveries will be the responsibility of MISS ELASTIC. Delivery will be made to the address that the USER has indicated for this purpose by the parcel service that MISS ELASTIC considers most appropriate. It shall be the responsibility of the USER to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition.
Guarantee: Exchange, Returns and Refunds
The USER has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise his/her right of withdrawal. MISS ELASTIC extends this period by granting 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the product for cancellations, exchanges and/or returns. The conditions for exercising this right are those mentioned in the following paragraph.
Conditions of Withdrawal, Exchange, Return and/or Refund:
To make an exchange or return, there are some conditions that you must meet:
- The cost of collection and transport are at our expense, totally FREE. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.
- All returns and exchanges are managed through this email: hello@misselastic.com or by WhatsApp: 627 572 401 from Monday to Friday, from 09:00h to 18:00h. We are here to help you!
- Make sure the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Responsibility at MISS ELASTIC
MISS ELASTIC is not responsible if the product chosen is not as it is displayed on the website due to technical or other problems of this nature. MISS ELASTIC will act with the utmost diligence to make the selected product available to the company in charge of the transport.
Reservation of Rights
MISS ELASTIC reserves the right to refuse the registration of certain USERS, as well as the right to modify the prices of its products. MISS ELASTIC reserves the right to verify the personal information provided by the USER and to take any measures it deems necessary to verify it.

Jurisdiction and applicable legislation
The terms and conditions governing this website and all relations that may arise from it are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise from accessing or using this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
