WHO CAN EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS?

The rights of data subjects are very personal, therefore, they will be exercised by the owner of the data, duly accrediting their identity (to do so, they will be asked to show their DNI or equivalent).
They may also be exercised through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the data subject’s DNI or equivalent, a DNI and authentic document accrediting the representation of the third party must be provided.

WHAT WILL BE OUR OBLIGATION WHEN YOU EXERCISE ANY OF THE RIGHTS?

The data controller must reply to the request addressed to it in any case, regardless of whether or not the personal data of the data subject or data subject are included in its processing.
